On the outside, you may be functioning well—working, providing for your family, maintaining relationships, and doing what needs to be done. Inside, however, you may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, relationship problems, addiction, compulsive behaviors, or simply the feeling that something in your life needs to change.
For more than 22 years, I have helped individuals, couples, and families confront difficult circumstances, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist in Virginia, Texas and Florida.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic and experiential approaches, behavioral strategies, and other interventions tailored to the individual. Treatment is not one-size-fits-all.
My counseling style is warm, interactive and connecting. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't deal in stigmatizing labels. I l look forward to supporting you on your life journey.
