Do you feel like you've exhausted your attempts at self-help? Do you keep repeating the same patterns of behavior or thoughts despite your efforts to change them? If you feel weary, hopeless, stuck, frustrated with how things are, wanting change but unable to get there on your own, I can help. While we don't expect life to be easy, sometimes difficult times can become more than we can bear on our own. I address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relational/communication difficulties, coping with grief and loss, role/life transitions, behavior difficulties, ADHD, parenting stress, and divorce.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you will feel seen, heard, and acknowledged while navigating these times of difficulty and development. Over 15 years I have gained valuable experience working with individuals, children, and families utilizing a variety of modalities. I meet you where you are aiding in navigating a path to your fullest potential.
. I encourage you to push through that feeling. I invite you to invest in yourself, and take the steps toward a life well-lived. “The difference between a good life and a bad life is how well you walk through the fire.” - Carl Jung
