Are you looking for a POC psychotherapist? I am a Bicultural Latina, I have been working in the New York City area for 15 years, working with diverse populations and diverse socioeconomic situations. I've always been drawn to service since I was a young person and I have always enjoyed helping other people. I really enjoy listening to others, helping them to find the root of what is causing them distress, and helping them come up with a solution that works for them. Get in touch so that we can begin working together to help you find solutions to challenges you are experiencing. I enjoy working with clients who have anxiety, stress around work, thinking about career change, self-esteem struggles, depression, grief, loss, or end of relationship challenges, processing family dynamics such as children of alcoholism / substance use, siblings of alcoholism / substance abuse, learning to set boundaries within family or in relationships. With some clients, homework is a very helpful tool, so that might be something to expect, but it might not be necessary with all clients. **Please Note, I require a 20 minute telephone consult before the first intake, to make sure we are a good fit**
