Best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Desk staff was very helpful, had a laugh with the nurse and the Dentist. Work was done efficiently & professionally. side note, no one attempted to milk me of more of my money then was needed.

I had a great experience with this office. The staff is friendly. The doctor communicates very well. The only issue was scheduling. The appointment I made on Zocdoc was modified by the office via phone call shortly after making the appointment on this app.

On time. Great staff the desk staff great knew I was coming. Love the fact not tons and tons of paper work. Dentist listened to my reasons for coming and along the way he made comments and questions also. Did a quck exam and explain what is going with tooth and made a suggestion with an explainationa that made sense. Not pushy at all but did decide to have the denital work done right away at apt. Talked m e through each step and would ask if I need anything to make me comfortable. Was understanding when I need a very short beak to relax clsoe mouth. Going back to finish dential along with cleaning and all. My wife uses the father and I used the son both are excellent along with the desk and assistatns very caring and well orgazined office.

The front desk staff was AMAZING!!! So friendly and receiving. Lauren is so great, it was like speaking with your best friend. She was beyond wonderful with her care and bedside manner. Dr. Deutsch was great and answered all my questions and concerns. Love this office!!

My best dentist experience in the city - I’ve been to two dentists since moving to New York in November 2017 and was really disappointed and stressed that I wouldn’t find a good one here, until I came to Dr. Andrew Deutch. I got there and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I was actually led to the room right at my appointment time (when does that happen anymore!), Dr. Deutch also came in before the cleaning to introduce himself and to get some additional information about my teeth and health history, which I thought was nice. Lauren was the one that did my cleaning and she was just great. She was careful and quick and diligent, also super friendly. After the cleaning Dr. Deutch came in to do an examination and overall I was in and out in 50 minutes, which I value a lot because I have a busy job.

My impressions on my first visit were great. Very nice office, great location for me, very efficient and friendly front office staff and an extremely gentle, thorough and friendly Hygenist - Lauren. I choose Dr. Deutch's practice based on all the 5 star reviews from Zoc Doc and the comments were very accurate. After 20 years of going to the same dentist who retired, I feel fortunate I found another caring dentist - Dr. Deutch, who I will be just as comfortable going to in the future.

Dr. Deutch is a phenomenal dentist to work with. His staff is great as far as accommodating for insurance and general costs. For having some standard enamel covering, he had me in and out in a very efficient time while still being thorough. He also is great at making a personal connection with his patients and remembering specifics about your prior visits. I saw multiple dentists when I first came to New York and ultimately this office was the best I experienced for routine and a specialty procedure.
