Rude receptionist. Waited for over an hour, and they couldn't tell me when I would be seen. That's fine but there's no need to be rude. She was even trying to basically blame me, saying "well SHE had to do 10 minutes of paperwork" Yes. Yes I did. What about the other 50 minutes? Get your scheduling and staff under control.

I scheduled my appointment through Zocdoc and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged my presence. After waiting 20 minutes, I was called in only to be told they had no record of my appointment, despite receiving email confirmations. They said I needed to call to confirm, which wasn’t mentioned on Zocdoc. The receptionists were dismissive and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I was told I couldn't be seen and could come back at 4 p.m., but that wasn’t an option for me. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. If your Zocdoc availability isn't up-to-date, please fix it! I won’t be returning.
I waited for over 2 hours to see the dr. When I got in his office he acted dumbfounded on my I was there, questioned my questions, and said hey, how are you? Nice to see you- we’ve never met. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall and got no answers and left crying.
I used zoc doc to make a same day appointment because I needed to start on birth control quickly and was also very overdue on my papsmear. I did not actually see Dr Roshan, I saw nurse practitioner Yocheved Lauwick...and she was fantastic!! Thorough, caring,graceful, cheerful...it was the most comprehensive exam and best obgyn care I've ever received! I look forward to many more years under NP Lauwick's care! The staff was wonderful as well, overall great great practice!
He was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable right away, while also being very professional. He seemed to be very knowledgable and capable and I felt safe with him. I was going to him for second opinion and I immediately decided to change to him and make him my new Ob!

Most unprofessional annual exam. No bedside manner and barely completed the exam as claimed was a busy day. I filed a report with insurance as I was not asked any questions about my medical history and was nearly dismissed after waiting one hour in the waiting room. Lack of professionalism and inability to complete an annual exam.

This was my first visit to Dr. Shaw, and I do believe that he will be a trusting, kind, and fantastic Dr. with whom to consult with regarding family planning. I did wait over an hour, which wasn't ideal, but otherwise, I found him and his staff to be quite warm. There is a casual air about him: His pap test was the fastest thing I've ever experienced. One could feel like this was too cursory or rushed, but someone else could also see this as efficient. But, we did spend a lot of time discussing family planning, and I felt very open to discussion. I look forward to working with him again!
