Friendly, took her time to find the proper prescription for my contacts to which I had issues with a previous provider. Also, had all of the sample prescriptions in stock so that I was able to try three different prescriptions while there and leaving with the one that performed the best.
At a previous provider, I was given a sample that wasn't my prescription, then I was left ordering a 30 day pack which ended up not working well for me and I was stuck with it.

Really nice, small office with friendless staff. I was seen right away and check in was very smooth. Dr. Bak talked through everything very thoroughly and always explained the “what” and “why”. I would definitely recommend!

The online appointment booking system is easy to use, I was able to get in without any difficulty. I was promptly greeted and seen as I walked in. The office staff was pleasant, helpful, elegantly professional and most of all, Dr. Bak is intelligent, knowledgeable and precise to the point. My checkup was fantastic. Dr. Bak went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order with my eye health. It had been a long time since I last had my eyes dilated, so I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam. The staff was also wonderful, they helped me pick out some stylish new glasses that I can’t wait to wear. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Bak and her team!

This was a really great experience. I went in for an annual eye exam for glasses but ended up having the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She checked so many things that had never been checked before and worked with me to come up with a plan to treat an ongoing eye issue. I wish I had found this practice sooner.

Dr. Bak and her team provided the best eye dr. appointment I've ever had (I'm not just saying that, I really mean it). She listened to all my concerns, fixed a problem with my contacts prescription I've been dealing with for years, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole experience. Was referred by my fiancé here and will continue to refer others.
