Rowland Counseling Services

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you achieve your goals. I'm a very relational therapist and use a conversational style in order to help you feel comfortable. I am currently accepting new clients via Headway.
