I went in for iv fluids as they came up as the nearest office on zocdoc that had this option and took my insurance. I arrived to the appointment, filled out paperwork, and was then told that the nurse that does the IVs called out. I asked why they did not convey this information before I got there and they said it was an oversight on their part. The receptionist was very clearly overwhelmed. I was then told that insurance did not cover ivs and that I would have to pay out of pocket, again, information that was never conveyed to me. I never got to meet the doctor or get treatment. Complete waste of time.

Honestly it was a quick and easy. The doctor was very kind and clear. I think the only “issue” I had was actually finding the room but the receptionist helped me out and told me they tried calling so I do appreciate that she went through extra step to assist me out.

My husband went to this doctor and never even met him in person. He was seen by a medical student who had no idea what he was doing. My husband needed a CT SCAN but the student was unfamiliar on how to fill out the referral. He didnt know test codes or diagnoses codes. Today my husband went to a lab to do the CT Scan and guess what: the referral was filled out wrong so he was not able to do it. A complete waste of time. Go to someone else

The nurse practitioner that saw me with patient kind, very caring and very thorough. I definitely felt comfortable enough to make this location my primary care facility. I am very happy with the ones devoted to my care and the wait time. Everything was five stars. ?

I never saw the doctor. They rescheduled my appointment last minute and did not properly notify me. When I called the receptionist made it seem like it was my fault. She claimed to have called me before rescheduling, but we never spoke and they did not leave a message. They didn't think to consider my time or schedule before changing the time of my appointment. This would have been my first visit with this doctor, but now I will never be visiting them due to poor service and communication. If you can't properly communicate how can I trust you with my health?

Wasn't seen by this doctor, but a woman instead. Not a problem but I didn't even get her name, and wasn't even sure if she was a doctor. The physical was awful, nothing was actually checked as she took my word for my height and weight. Not at all sure that I am fully healthy.
They were perfectly nice, but I can't be confident in their care, especially as a student physician.

Amazing office experience. The staff was efficient and extremely helpful. Tests were prompt with care.
The doctor was absolutely amazing. He explained things in detail, in a way in which an intelligent, non-medical professional could understand.
The care plan was specific to results of testing and discussions around how I would like to approach rebalancing my health.
I would highly recommend any/all to this office and will be making the office and this amazing doctor my primary care physician.

I was apprehensive to use teledoc at first but this was an incredible experience. The doctor was very professional, attentive, and helpful. After seeing multiple other doctors for the same issue, I finally felt like I was being heard and the focus was on finding an immediate solution for my symptoms.
