I can’t really give a rating as I was never seen. I booked a 4pm video appointment and was never contacted. I called the office and only got a weird voice mail that did not seem like a business. I will not be rebooking. Very unimpressed.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this office. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc, but the office called shortly after to inform me the doctor wasn’t available on that date and rescheduled me for the following week. When I showed up for the new appointment, I waited 20 minutes before asking the front desk how much longer it would be. I noticed other patients with earlier appointments were still waiting. The front desk told me it would be approximately another 20 minutes.
Honestly, I think the total wait time would have been over 45 minutes, since the patient ahead of me hadn’t even been called in yet. I would not recommend this place if you’re busy or have a tight schedule. But if you have time to wait around, it might be fine for you. I understand a 45 minute wait if I was a walk in but the office was the one who rebooked me, called me to confirm my appointment the day before. It seems they just tend to overbook patients.

Dr. Jonathan Roy, a courteous, meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional podiatrist, addressed all my concerns with utmost care. Although there were a few patients ahead of me, the waiting time was minimal. The in-house tools, such as an X-ray machine and a sonogram machine, significantly enhanced the efficiency of the visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional feet care. I would give it a perfect 10/10!

My appointment with Dr. Roy was great! He explained everything exceptionally well and was as thorough as possible. His office was small, but the staff was friendly and thorough as well. He told me more about my issue than two previous doctors and made sure to recommend multiple treatment possibilities from PT to surgery, and everything in between. I highly recommend.

Let me give you guys some free advise ALWAYS get a second opinion before a doctor recommends getting a surgery. Let me start off with the positive things about the doctor and the office: the staff is friendly and the place is clean. Now with the negative things which is more than the positive things. First off, the communication skills suck. They were not able to tell me the doctor is not covered by my insurance. The doctor texts me using his personal number which is highly unprofessional. The staff members were giving me the run around about getting my imaging and medical info. At one point they were telling me they have my x-ray. In this day and age we all use computers how can you lose such a thing. And then all of a sudden when I gave them a check from insurance they found my “lost” x-ray. The doctor was insistent that I needed to get surgery on my foot and was not willing to explain what kind of surgery. I went for a second opinion and was told the surgery wasn’t necessary.

I would highly recommend Dr. Roy, for anyone looking for a podiatrist. I had fractured my ankle and Dr. Roy walked me through the steps needed to be taken in order to heal (X-ray, MRI, & Surgery). His explanations were very thorough, and clear before and after my procedure. Dr. Roy is very respectful, professional, attentive and puts the needs of his patients first. Nice doctor, good bedside manner. Although, I do not feel I was given an actual solution to my issue other than pain meds. I was given some prescriptions but it was not sent it to my normal pharmacy. I was told the prescriptions would be sent to a pharmacy they work with. I would receive a call within a few hours and they would deliver it to my home. That never happened, I still have not received the prescriptions, at this point it is going on over a week. If a person goes to a doctor with pain you want immediate relief not to wait over a week and still in the same situation. I called the office several times, they pick up when they feel like it. I had to call multiple times before someone decided to pick up. I asked about my prescriptions, nothing was done. They could not re-route my prescriptions to my normal pharmacy because the doctor was not available. Still in pain and no answers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I went in for a gout flare, and he spent the time to give me tons of info on what I should/shouldn't be doing, how to make a treatment plan, what kinds of medication I might be able to take, what gout actually was, etc., and made sure I was comfortable with the options I had. Great experience, feel way more confident I can manage this now.
