I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years which made me super nervous but everyone was super friendly and made me feel at ease. They even let me know if something wasnt covered by insurance and how much it would be before just doing it which was refreshing. I was in and out super quick too.

I am terrified of dentists. This place earned my respect. They went through everything - what they recommend versus what other options, although there may be problems. They were nice, friendly, caring, and I can't recommend them enough.

I went to this office because my dad had a tooth ache and they were very clean and professional. The staff kept him laughing and said he had an infectious smile! Just waiting to see if his insurance will cover the cleaning now but we still learned a lot just being there! I will definitely be booking for my mom and myself next!

Giving praise to God first. I asked for a professional competent Dentist for my care and my God truly delivered. Going to a dentist for anything outside of a cleaning is the biggest fear I have. Allow me to gladly share my experience with anyone that can relate to this type of anxiety. From the minute I walked in the door I was pleased with the hygienic environment and the reception professionals who greeted me! The progression continued with the clinical professionals especially Leslie who supported me from start to finish, along with Dr. Khemmoro his patience and skill set was amazing. He asked and answered questions, he seemed to even anticipate a question I had as a smoker, and as a result he proactively discussed, planned and included an intervention that would minimize post op complications. His hands on technique was awesome which really reduced my dental anxieties. If you're looking for a recommendation I would highly recommend this business as all of the services I encountered

I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Dr. Khemmoro and staff at Royal Smiles. During my dental procedure, Dr. Khemmoro was very thorough and clear as he explained what he would be doing and why. He basically talked me through each step of the procedure which put me at ease and helped me to relax. The office environment was very clean and professional. The staff was courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Khemmoro and the staff of Royal Smiles.

This is NOT about Dr. Khemmoro, who was kind and up front. Nor the desk admin, nor the sweet gal who did my x-rays. This is about the hygienist (?) who, without asking any questions about how I care for my teeth, immediately struck panic in me, saying that I had terrible gum disease and needed to come 4 times a year right away. So apparently urgent that she wouldn't even give me a basic cleaning to start. Knowing how I care for my teeth, I fortunately am smart enough to get a second opinion. Interestingly, my gum "numbers" went from 4s and 5s at RS to 2s and 3s with three 4s in expected places. New dentist said twice a year for cleanings is still fine, that I'm nowhere near having gum disease and they will just keep an eye on it. Moreso, new dentist confirmed that I take excellent care of my teeth. Need to leave this review because not everyone is going to question what they are told. Just be wary! Not saying it happens to every patient at RS but it happened to me. ;/
