I had an excellent first visit with Dr. Rose Fils-Aime, DNP. From the moment I walked into the office, she personally greeted me and even checked me in herself. I honestly was surprised—in a very good way. It’s rare to see a provider so involved in every part of the patient experience.
She was extremely thorough, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I understood everything during the visit. She didn’t just rush through the appointment—she took the time to explain her recommendations and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. She was also very personable and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience comfortable.
By the time I left, I felt like I had known her for years. That’s how personal and genuine the experience felt. I’m very happy with my visit and will definitely continue seeing her as my primary provider.
If you’re looking for a provider who truly cares, takes her time, and puts patient care first, I highly recommend Dr. Rose Fils-Aime.

Not happy with the office area. Papers of patient information stacked everywhere and not secured in folders to hide their identity. She’s a one woman show so that means she is not available and doesn’t not follow up on calls when prompted

The is just a general practitioner. She only does a head to toe exam and any other services upon request. I wish I had known this before seeing her. I feel like I wasted my time.

Appointment was apparently pointless. I might as well have not even gone to it. I was prescribed a prescription that was NEVER even sent to the pharmacy. That was the whole point of the appointment. How can you forget that?! Pointless appointment. Wonder how much they charged my insurance....

Not very clear on communication and felt rushed , was informed that she does not do a medication through insurance only cash pay. I let her know it is not in my price range and asked if i can call my insurance and check ( after being told they never want to approve it). she said i can and to come back. I did just that, just to be called before my appointment the next day to say that she’s only accepting cash. If that was the case, i believe you should not have given me false hope to try my insurance, especially when i let you know that it is not within my price range. THEN whoever i spoke to , i let her know my insurance will cover it ( i called after my appointment) and her response was “ yeahhh”. No manners at all. I saw all those amazing reviews , just to be disappointed.
