The appointment was ok, but I have been trying to reach the office for multiple weeks and no on picks up, just keeps ringing. No way to communicate with the doctor. Horrible experience.

It was the first time I met with Dr. Ravelo and it went great. He listened attentively and very carefully and made me feel very comfortable all throughout the video call. He was interested in helping me and gathering all the information and details he needed for a proper diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Ravelo!
