Prior authorization was never properly submitted, twice in a row. Then the NP refused to refill an MAOI which I have records for years being prescribed. Only informed me she wouldn't prescribe the maoi refill until 2 appointment and 2 copayments later. Waste of time.

She has a very warm and professional demeanor, and is a great listener. She always has shown up promptly to appointments, sends reminders beforehand so I don't forget about them, and is available if I need to get in touch about a prescription or for any inquiry in between meetings. The whole process has been an easy and positive one.

Today was my first visit and she asked direct, poignant questions without judgmentor bias.. She took the time to listen to my health history, was thorough in assessing me and communicated things very clearly. My anxiety and depression has been through the roof since June after my previous provider dropped my insurance and my return to harmony bay sent me into a panic with the way I was being treated. Dr. Kemi was terrific and in that one visit, gave me better hope and greatly reduced my anxiety.

If you are trans/gender non-conforming, do not go to this practice. I was misgendered and infantilized. It wasn't done with any malicious intent, but it reflects poor attention to detail and bedside manner.
