Ashley is so good at listening and discerning the right things to say to both soothe and teach me. We have only had one full video session but we were already able to isolate a huge concern in my life and figure out ways to start coping with it.

She is approachable, kind, and will help guide you to make your own positive decisions. I feel she cares for my wellbeing and is a perfect example of someone who was made for this job.
