Mylie is a very kind and understanding person, and she always leaves room for my thoughts and feelings when we're deciding where to go next with treatment. I feel like I have a lot of agency when I meet with her, and since starting therapy sessions, I've felt more confident and empowered and much less anxious.

She is very good at getting back to me in a timely manner, She gives advice as well as worksheets to help with the process, she is understanding, shows professionalism, knowledge, and she expresses her own perspectives without favoring one or another’s views cuz she doesn’t assume she knows both sides.. Challenging questions at times to help with talking through what I write to her. She has been very pleasant and supportive. I appreciate her time and concern for me. It means alot

Ashley is so good at listening and discerning the right things to say to both soothe and teach me. We have only had one full video session but we were already able to isolate a huge concern in my life and figure out ways to start coping with it.

Ashley Fowler is the best therapist i have had since I was first diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder in 2015! She is approachable, kind, and will help guide you to make your own positive decisions. I feel she cares for my wellbeing and is a perfect example of someone who was made for this job.

Ashley is very kind and soft spoken. I feel she gives me the time I need and listens throughly. I enjoyed that she had a written assessment in the beginning to get to know where I was at and she was able to evaluate and go from there. Ashley is very easy to talk to and I appreciate her time.
