Kendra does an amazing job. The work we have been doing so far had been helping me unveil the intricacies of my unhappiness, social anxiety and lack of connection. Though seeming simple the realizations she's helped me arrive to over the last few weeks were the exact next steps I have been looking for to improve the quality of my life by way of mental health. The process is just starting and I can already see how her impact will help eliminate the thought patterns that no longer serve my constant improvement.

My therapist gets me. I'm ADHD and queer, and I have discovered both in my 30s. Navigating newly discovered identities while trying to fix my burnout and failed relationships has been a lot. But, my therapist understands and helps me by giving me tools to handle anxieties, executive dysfunction, depression, and standing up for myself. I've been able to be comfortable in my life for the first time in a really long time, and that would not have happened if I hadn't found Katherine.
