She listens and does not judge. She makes you feel comfortable talking about things that would make the average person recoil. Lyn has been amazing during the time I've known her and has comforted me throughout my sessions with understanding, compassion and wisdom. I've learned tools to help identify and better myself. I made it clear that I did not want to use medication unless absolutely necessary and clearly in her treatment that is the last option. She does phenomenal work in mental health!!

She's very personable, very approachable, very open. She has a great background to understand what I am going through and she gives me a lot of perspective and tips to help me reframe harmful beliefs about myself. Speaking with her is like chatting with a great friend.

Starting therapy with a new provider was daunting, but Dr. Pam immediately made me feel comfortable, seen, and heard. She is knowledgeable and experienced. I feel like she genuinely cares about me.

She is inquisitive and able to give recommendations that are genuinely helpful tools for you to make the changes you need to make. I came to Mellissa for help with my grief and we continued when I lost my granddaughter. She is wonderful. Talking to her gives me a sounding board for my fears frustrations and possible plans to come through my grief and keep my family's relationship with me from deteriorating. It it is like talking with a close friend who encourages me to try to help myself to attempt different ways to communicate without upsetting them. She. E She never pushes her own agenda.

I was seeking support while feeling a little afloat in my relationship and thats when I found Teresa. I really appreciated her listening style and the (what seemed like) endless tools she has that i can use and also take back to my partner or just everyday life. A lot has come up in life since starting with Teresa and I'm incredibly grateful to have found her to help find ways to navigate life and be stronger when facing things in the future.

Never got to go to my appointment it was cancelled due to needing new card information. I had already inserted my card information. I don’t mean to make a comment so much on the provider but just wanted to make it known I wasn’t able to see this provider in case I mistakenly get charged for “missing” the appointment.

Dr. Card is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable across a broad spectrum of symptoms and conditions - and their origin within the base functions of the brain. It really helps me to understand my habits / emotions /adaptive strategies in my efforts to work through and change them. Dr. Card is nonjudgmental and really cares.
