Dr. Cassandra was truly amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel seen—not just as a client, but as a person. I went into the appointment nervous, because no matter how much you prepare, opening up in therapy is never easy. I told her that, and she met me with such compassion and understanding that it immediately put me at ease. She listened in a way that made me feel safe, comfortable, and deeply understood.
What meant so much was that she connected with me without making me feel like a victim—she honored my experiences while also empowering me. Too often, women are expected to carry everything and just be strong in silence, and it’s rarely acknowledged how heavy that can be. Dr. Cassandra created a space where I didn’t have to carry it all alone. She made me feel heard, loved, and truly seen in a way I will never forget.

My counselor is very relatable and intuitive. She knows how to reach deep, and make me understand things I didn’t know about myself. She’s very understanding. My therapist helps me with thinking through the problems. She makes me laugh, and at the same time, keeps me focused. Very professional. Her energy is very joyful and soothing. I really like my therapist. I hope to have her for some time. I have break issues.

the conversation flowed very naturally and she was definitely an amazing listener. she helped me understand certain things and helped me see things through a different POV. the suggestions and advice she gave me were real- good, necessary, and beneficial. i didn’t feel judged and she was very patient! i was definitely nervous, but after the visit i feel good and i feel heard. she’s very genuine and i’m definitely scheduling a follow up!
