Too often, women are expected to carry everything and just be strong in silence, and it’s rarely acknowledged how heavy that can be. Dr. Cassandra created a space where I didn’t have to carry it all alone. She made me feel heard, loved, and truly seen in a way I will never forget.

I could not be more grateful for Sharon. She always gives me practical tools for whatever circumstances I'm facing. Even after taking a break, she talked to me like we never missed a session, full of great advice and tips for whatever life throws at me. I recently lost my dad and she completely know exactly how I felt and put words to it and gave me solid tips I plan to implement. I'm excited to continue to grow with her. I've had a few therapists before and Sharon is by far the best one.

Darlene is an excellent therapist. She‚Äôs a great listener, provides insightful feedback, and is very relatable. She‚Äôs well-rounded in working with many different issues. I chose Darlene because of her willingness to accept clients with personality disorders and her experience with dialectic behavioral therapy. She helped me identify therapeutic goals in our first appointment, and I‚Äôm very close to achieving them all. Darlene has helped me immensely in finding solutions to my issues.
