My counselor is very relatable and intuitive. She knows how to reach deep, and make me understand things I didn’t know about myself. She’s very understanding. My therapist helps me with thinking through the problems. She makes me laugh, and at the same time, keeps me focused. Very professional. Her energy is very joyful and soothing. I really like my therapist. I hope to have her for some time. I have break issues.

the conversation flowed very naturally and she was definitely an amazing listener. she helped me understand certain things and helped me see things through a different POV. the suggestions and advice she gave me were real- good, necessary, and beneficial. i didn’t feel judged and she was very patient! i was definitely nervous, but after the visit i feel good and i feel heard. she’s very genuine and i’m definitely scheduling a follow up!

I had been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager. When I was younger they were pretty infrequent so I didn't think much of it but as I got older and my life got more stressful they started to happen more often. After I had kids I started to realize that my anxiety would manifest as anger very often. Then the pandemic happened and my panic attacks became too frequent to ignore. I started therapy the spring of 2022 as a way to get my anxiety under control at last and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did I get a better understanding of my triggers but I discovered better coping methods so that I could finally take control of my life and not let anxiety and anger continue to run my life.

The Doctor had already cancelled my appointment for today without even reaching out to me first. Very unprofessional by them, and I will not be using them ever going forth in life. There’s a cancellation fee for me if I don’t cancel before 24hrs but they can go ahead and cancel without consulting with me first. That infuriates me beyond belief. This may be your career but this is my health and well being we are talking about. Your actions prove to me that you don’t care.

This was my first appointment with this doctor, but I really appreciated the way she listened to everything that I said and then thoroughly explained how she generally works with her clients and how things would proceed from here. I didn't leave the appointment wondering about anything. She answered ALL my questions for now and let me know if there were other things that would be handled next time.
