She listens very well to what I'm saying. She also makes sure to focus on key things I say and talks about them deeper. She gives me tools to use when I need them the most. We will talk about my goals and determine if they are met, still need to be met, or maybe needs a slight update to them. Overall, I have seen a major change in my mindset and how I'm doing overall.

Everything has been super easy and not stressful at all. I was able to read all about each therapist and what their specialty is and get to know them a bit by reading and made a choice from there. I signed up and chose my lady and bam all done. My appt was fast and easy Thank you Stephanie for being so nice and listening so well too. Ill write an update in a few weeks
