Matthew was exactly who I was looking to talk to during a difficult time in my life. He understood my perspective and helped me work through my problems in a way that wasn't too intrusive, but gave me enough guidance to unravel my issues and complications. He gave me methods that I could accomplish at every stage of my grief to overcome my pains without feeling forced. His calm demeanor and easy going feeling he gave during the appointments allowed me to discuss myself without feeling judged or "evaluated." I highly recommend his guidance and help.

I love Sho and how she has helped me to learn to deal with my anxiety, she is very knowledgeable, friendly, nice, warm, welcoming, she is so lovely, kind, smart, she has amazing tips, I love how much she has helped me grow
My therapy sessions were always appropriate for my needs. Sho always checked in with me to see how I was doing and what I wanted to focus on during each session. Although I wish I was able to have more regular therapy sessions (frequency wise), Sho always did her best to find the next fastest appointment for me.
Didn’t call me to reschedule found out via email last minute. Not sure why if they didn’t accept my insurance just call!
