She has helped me and my marriage in so many ways. I was able to gain a better hold on my mental health .
I have tried several different therapists over the years ranging from both female and male with all different styles. I cannot thank Lundy enough for how much she has helped me. She is kind, compassionate, patient, bright, and overall a true good human-being who has her patients best interest at heart. I think what I like most about her style is that she does not try to coddle or pretend. She approaches with her years of knowledge and common-sense critical thinking which allows for a better connection in how to help. Most days, she listens. Others she'll provide valuable feedback. Some days both. Either way, she reads the room to feel out what is appropriate and adjusts. I cannot recommend Lundy enough for anyone seeking therapy. It's a trial and error until you find the right one, and Lundy is the best of the best.
The provider was unprofessional. She was lying on her bed in pajamas, with a cat next to her. Her demeanor was incongruent with the patient's mood. For instance, when I was discussing my traumatic experiences, she was laughing and smiling. As a doctorate-level clinical psychologist myself, I have never witnessed anything more unprofessional than this.
this provider has indicated in her info that she does EMDR, but she does not actually offer EMDR so it was a very dissaointixng session as I was very clear in advance that is why I wanted the appointment and instead of letting me know she could not offer th service, she kept hte appointment and I worked my schedule around her and waited 2 weeks to see her to find out she cannot do what I need - so now I have to wait another week to see a person who can do EMDR - very disappointed her profile indicates she does offer EMDR when that is not accurate and that she knew this going in and did not cancel prior to the appointment -I am hoping my insurance is not billed - she did apologize to me and said she will not bill my insurance

This provider and Zocdoc don’t work well together. One doesn’t know what the other is doing. This is not the first time Zocdoc has screwed up my experience. I am looking for another service. 4 times I have been ghosted, I had hope I was getting help that never came

Jean has helped me tremendously. She has guided me in recognizing my defects of character, things that I don’t think I ever would have uncovered on my own. She gives amazing feedback and she points out my flaws with respect and care. Jean is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I am truly blessed to be working with her.

I worked with two counselors prior to meeting Sarah and so I do have a template to compare her to. I found Sarah to be attentive, understanding, curious, insightful and non-judgmental. Her voice, her tone, her choice of words and demeanor are soothing. Her approach enabled me to think through concerns and because I knew she REALLY heard me, her validation was immensely valuable and contributed to better self awareness and healing on my part.
Leyla is a great listener and gives really good feedback.
In the past my therapists have really only listened and validated my feelings but she is the first therapist I’ve had that actually helps me find solutions and tools that’s work for me. She’s just the right amount of compassion and tough love.
Not only is she really making me more self aware of my flaws, but she's actively giving me exercises & advice on how to address them, change them, and move forward. Without judgement either. She's makes everything very relatable. Leyla makes me think deeper about everything and actually gets down to the root/origin of the problem, not the superficial aspect of what we see on the surface, but the WHY. She's fantastic.
