She is so amazing! Feels like I’m talking to a friend but this friend has unbiased solutions. I’ve gone to many therapist over the last 10 years and she is by far the best. I’ve never felt so heard and seen and respected.
For some, therapy can be scary but if you are hesitant in any way- start here!
