Chris is very caring and compassionate. He has provided great support during my therapies.

My doctor was concerned about by symptoms of depression and referred me to Rula. Chris was very helpful getting me to verbalize the root cause of my symptoms. We did some 12 step work. We spoke for about one year on a weekly or bi weekly basis. He referred me to psychiatrist for a mood medication assessment which was very helpful. I now talk to Cris on a as needed basis. I have continued to improve. Chis was very helpful in this process, and in my journey of personal growth.
