I've never had anyone be so understanding, caring and honest with me all at once. I've made so much progress in my life so far and have gained an incredible amount of knowledge and wisdom with his guidance. Best of all I know that it's really me doing the work and so it's not just a simple band-aid, but it's all preparing me to meet the challenges that may come and have the attitude and outlook that I need. Dr. Michael Henry has helped me a lot, he helped me with one condition when everyone else I turned to couldn't. He is really good at what he does - I guess my best answer is that I'm so lucky that I picked him instead of somebody else. He really is the best I know. I can tell him anything and he doesn't judge, I trust him and that's big.

Nicolle has been great. She listens to me and helps me set goals. She keeps me accountable when I need it, and is very compassionate when that's more what I need. She's good at helping me guide my thinking to reach conclusions, without injecting her values into the conversation.

They texted me asking me to fill out forms. Forms I filled out. Now they're saying I was supposed to do something with texting them back? All their one and only text said was that my appointment would be confirmed after filling out forms. Which, again, were forms I filled out. I hate filling out forms with a passion especially when you don't know if you're going to get along with a therapist or not. I think I'd remember filling out forms for the first therapy appointment I've tried to make in two years of this hellish pandemic. Would not come back without someone fully and properly explaining why the system screwed up.

Mr. Sharma has helped me immensely in building therapy techniques which have helped me to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and have helped me to reduce negative self talk, which is an ongoing thing I sometimes deal with. I sometimes find myself thinking, "What would my therapist say? He'd probably say some comforting words and remind me I'm a good person and I'm doing all I can." Can't thank my therapist enough.

Dale has put me in the mind set I never could have done by myself. He listens, lets me talk. And I have shared things I never thought I'd share or even knew I was feeling with Dale. He's been a great therapist so far, and even though I'm not where I want to be. I'm confident if I stay with Dale I will get there. He had hope for me even when I didn't. After various appointments with other therapists, I finally met Dale and someone I can connect with and feel open to sharing anything I can without feeling judged. He's the best therapist I have ever had.
