Tiffany has been a fantastic therapist for me for the past 10 months. She is incredibly perceptive, and is therefore able to notice patterns, diagnose issues, and offer top-notch advice. Many therapists offer a listening ear, first and foremest. She does that, but is also results oriented and concerned with helping her clients improve and grow.

Working with Kimberly has changed my life. She's stood by her approach from our initial discovery call. Codi is wonderful and kind. She listens, is empathetic, understanding, and gives useful tools to help you move forward. She has a light, positive, and gentle personality. Codi is knowledgeable, will meet you where you‚Äôre at, and encourage you to work toward your goals. She is an amazing guide with EMDR sessions. She will move at your pace. Codi is the kind of therapist that checks on you after session and is there for you. She is a hard worker and an amazing therapist. I truly recommend her!!

I think she is doing a great job. She knows how/when to push me and when I just need to vent. She is always following up with ideas that suit me vs a cookie cutter suggestions. She always is able to help me look at things in a different way that always makes me think and that has helped alot.

After three or four tries are trying to find the right therapist since I moved to Tennessee I found Shannon who made me feel seen and heard and understood right away she‚Äôs amazing and I cannot recommend her enough

Gayle challenged me in ways I really needed. She was supportive of my feelings, but she pushed me to understand them fully and to communicate better. I can honestly say that she changed my life. I now understand why I react the way that I do and that there are no bad feelings, just reactions that aren't productive at times. She taught me so many things that I can use daily when I deal with stress or anxiety. I would not be the woman I am today had I not reached out to her and she helped me.
