After seeing several doctors & even a crisis center for my postpartum anxiety and being turned away and not actually listening that I have postpartum anxiety not depression this doctor did amazing at listening to my needs, my history and accommodating all those and I was finally able to get the help this first time postpartum mama needed. I’m so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone dealing with postpartum. She also is going to align me with a therapist that deals with my insurance overall 100/10 experience

Was very quick. She wasn't very nice, straight to the point and didn't care much about my responses. Felt like she was just trying to get through my appointment, I did not feel listened to or cared about.
They didn’t give me the correct medication and their front desk is very unhelpful I will never see this doctor again. We called via zoom and she accidentally kicked me from the zoom call. It took about 20 minutes of the appointment time for her to get me back in the call and she acted annoyed once she finally sent me a new link (I couldn’t join back because I was kicked out it blocked me from rejoining the call) all in all I’d give this doctor a 1 star mainly because she doesn’t listen to her patients and because she was rude when i showed nothing but kindness and understanding.
They provide their own forms that you have to fill out so they don’t even look at the ZocDoc forms which is a little frustrating but she was absolutely wonderful! Great listener, asked all of the right questions, made me feel comfortable and not like I had to fight to be believed and listened to. I’m so glad to have found her and am very happy to have her as a member of my healthcare team. Thank you Dr Forbes!

This provider listened to my previous history and thoughtfully formed a plan with me on my treatment and follow up. The only issue I have had is that my pharmacy has not yet received the prescriptions we discussed in order to fill them. I have been able to message the provider through the portal and I am confident that I will have a resolution shortly.
