Dr. Patel is very thoughtful and reliable. She is up on the latest knowledge and takes time to listen to your concerns without ever dismissing them. That’s not easy to find these days.

I like her. She is very, very thorough. She understands that I have health anxiety and she is patient with me. It is imperative right now that I limit my visits to video. It means a lot to me that doctors such as Dr. Patel still do comprehensive medicine via video visits. She is excellent.

Amazing! Phyllis was wonderful on the phone. she contacted me as soon as I booked appointment. As a pharmaceutical rep and medical Rep who did sales for many years, I know a good office culture
Phyllis stated she was there since 2006, this speaks volumes to me. When I hear of staff that has been there for 26 years, this confirms that they know how to treat their employees.
The doctor was amazing, I had major issues with my phone and I lost her several times, she was incredibly patient, and even got back on the line with me after she had seen another patient. Dr. Patel has an amazing set of eyes, she was able to diagnose something that I had previously decades ago and had forgotten about, since it was so many years ago, and she was able to tell what it was right away.
As well, I am still somewhat isolated because of the pandemic, and she by no means tried to push me to come in person, and was respectful of my boundaries. is an excellent fit for me. Recommended!

I left my appointment with Dr. Patel before she even finished taking my medical history. She looked nothing like her picture, she wash older than I expected. This was fine, but I was very confused meeting her. Her exam tables were covered with papers and boxes and what I think was her lunch. There was a jar of urine on her desk. When I told her I sometimes have 4 drinks in one night she said “more than one or two is poison. And causes beast cancer.” Then she took a call in the middle of my sentence so when she hung up I told her I was not comfortable with her and asked for another doctor. She asked me why, and I was practically in tears when I told her I was uncomfortable. I think it’s more than fair to expect a clean exam room, a doctor who at least pretends to care about you, and a doctor who gives you their full attention. Very disappointed.

This was by far the most weird doctor experience I had in NYC. Her name stated on ZocDoc is different than the name on the door. also, the lady doesn't look anything like this photo. The office itself is not as clean as it should be. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

I never write reviews. But this was awful. Completely unprofessional, rude, bedside manner, wait time, follow up, everything was a nightmare. The entire thing caused so much frustration, I cannot even explain. Would NOT recommend.
