The way the front office person spoke to me was way out of line. She was very rude and does not listen at all. She very combative, when all I was trying to do was let her know what was going on. Then proceeded to tell me that she will not speak to me again she’ll only speak to my insurance. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding doctor. Truly listened to my concerns and medical constraints I keep running into. Dr. Rutherford even came up with a few more solutions to ask my specialists before settling with their recommendation for a specific procedure. There are not enough fantastic things I can say about him. I was very taken aback and impressed with this interaction.

He was initially okay, but was not paying attention for the reason I was needing a new doctor. He was also VERY condescending and made me feel like I was doing something wrong by coming to him and finding a new doctor for medication management. I have the right to seek care for my body and get a second opinion on a medication plan if I want to. He pulled up my medication list and began going over what I was on in a scrutinizing way. He asked me 3 different times what surgery I had that caused me to have a pinched nerve, as in to catch me in a lie.
