I was sad and made because I have 5 kids. I made 5 appointments online for the same day, and i took that day off at work. But the office called me two days before my to reschedule all of my appointments by 3 days. I am a working mother. I feel horrible about that. How many days off i am supposed to take to have my kids' physicals done? Who gonna pay my bills and food for the kids if i can't work? That the difficult point for me about this office. But it's a really good place if you have one or two kids.

I have been wanting to find a good primary care physician for a while, preferably a woman and Dr. Faiza Malik and stellar reviews. The ease from scheduling the appointment, getting my information into the system, meeting the staff, everything was done with ease. The medical assistants were so nice and even the drawing blood was painless compared to previous experiences. I felt comfortable asking Dr. Malik all questions I wanted to ask her and love knowing I have telehealth options for whenever I’m feeling sick or have any issues I don’t necessarily need to go in person for. Overall I had a great experience and look forward to having Dr. Malik as my PCP moving forward!

Zocdoc made a mistake and listed her as a dermatologist, but she still proceeded with routine blood work and addressed many of my health concerns as well as recommended me a good doctor for further other needs she may not be able to help me with. I’ve never in my 28 years of life had such a good experience at the doctors office. Like wow, such an amazing staff and Dr.Malik really listened to all my concerns even the concerns I couldn’t really vocalize. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Great visit for my annual checkup. One small hassle was that I had to go to another provider for my blood work due to Quest not taking my insurance. Not really a practical issue but fyi it’s a bit of an older facility overall.
