Loved everything about this visit but the highlights was Dr. Jessica Akunna and the nurse that assisted me. I forgot her name but she was so lovely and understanding with all questions and answers, they both made me feel welcomed and I will be switching my primary health care provider to her. Also big plus is they have a lab office, so you can do blood work there too!

Nice provider who listens, but terrible staff who do not. The friendly medical assistant listed an allergy by mistake. The front desk staff have you loudly and publicly share your address and phone number when you check-in (they can have you discreetly write this down). I confirmed with the provider my updated pharmacy in the room. Before leaving my appointment, I asked if my pharmacy was updated and the front desk confirmed. I found out it was not when I arrived at my pharmacy for pickup. This caused a MAJOR headache trying to get my meds now located an hour away while ill and the front desk did not care. When I said, “this situation is not acceptable and please help fix the issue”, they hung up on me. I would understand hanging up if explicit or abusive language was used, but they hung up out of discomfort with my tone— be mindful of this when looking for a MEDICAL PROVIDER because you will be abandoned when you need support the most.

I hadn't booked an appointment with a PCP in a couple of years because I'm very picky with choosing doctors. I went in for my annual physical. Dr. Reznick was great, attentive and listened to my concerns. Waiting room was nice and ample, overall 10/10 experience :)

Doctor Matthew was a very patient and detail oriented provider. The office was clean and staff was nice. I can see how it may get very busy as it is in a very busy town. It may be best to go on a weekday as I did.
