I made an appointment using Zocdoc and was called very soon after to be told the office is not open at the time I selected. I rescheduled and was told they would see me early in the morning and I would be the first patient of the day so I could make it to work on time. It took almost 2 hours to see the doctor and when he finally came in, I was visibly upset (upset, not mad or rude.. I was overwhelmed holding back tears) and asked how much longer the appointment would be because I was having anxiety about being late to work. Instead of reassuring me, the doctor showed me the door. I was shocked. He told me to leave after I waited for such a long time. Still processing the experience because it was so outrageous it doesn’t even feel real. The staff was lovely but the doctor was dismissive and did not even speak to me or try to explain the long wait. He literally showed me the door. Not the way a brand new patient should be treated - awful experience.

This office couldn’t have been run any better. I’m used to waiting at least 15 mi. After my appointment-
Nope- these pros were right on time. Once I was in an exam room, they were doing vitals, no wait. There were lots of ppl that contributed to my care and they all worked together like a well-oiled machine. I didn’t have to repeat why I was there to 7 different people. The last medical pro was friendly, kind and patient. She listened and asked questions the others didn’t think to ask. When a different woman did an EKG on me, she moved the paper gown in a way that she got the wire where it needed to go WITHOUT exposing my breasts at all. You know how, when you get a shot, it’s like a bee sting, and it might be sore for a while. I did not feel a thing. I was wondering if something was wrong to make me lose sensation in my arm- nope. Smoothest Doctor’s appointment ever. I hate doctors. These people are magical. They are the unicorns of medicine.

Dr Kalads has great bedside manner. He listens to all of your concerns and really cares about what you have to say. My visit wasn’t just get you in and out so he can get to the next patient. He was completely present in our conversation. I highly recommend him to everyone.
And his staff is amazing too. They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

Dr. K is the needle in the hay stack when it comes to amiable and kind doctors that listen. He’s a very thorough man with the labs he does for your initial blood panel/physical. You are in good hands if you make him your PCP.

The office admin staff are happy and it shows in their demeanor with patients and each other. The clinical team, also apparently happy, are exceptional in their interpersonal style and thoroughness. The doctor is clearly doing exactly what he enjoys and is also exceptional in his interpersonal communications and style of patient-centric care.
As a veteran staffer of a community hospital, staff model HMO, and a Case Management organization, I can say with authority that this practice is comparatively exceptional in its orientation, intent, and ability, to provide excellent care to its patients.

Dr. spent approximately 5 min in the room with me, looked in my ears, and left the room. Hardly talked to me. Hardly a comprehensive annual physical exam. When I asked to speak with him, he was “too busy.” It was absolutely a waste of 2hr of my day.

Overdue for a physical, and came to see Dr. Kaladas for lightheadedness and pressure never before experienced. Since I was a new patient with odd symptoms, Dr. Kaladas recommended an EKG, which caught an entirely separate issue! Fantastic office staff, incredibly thorough exam - will absolutely recommend!

I’ve only seen Meghan once but she is phenomenal! She is kind, explains everything she is doing, makes you totally comfortable and at ease, is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Our visit was truly the first time I’ve ever felt at ease and not anxious in a doctor’s office. I will be going to her for primary and gynecological care going forward! The office staff and nurse were also all so kind and welcoming! 100% recommend.

I checked the reviews prior to booking an appointment with Megan. I saw all the amazing reviews and honestly thought it was too good to be true... I kid you not, from the moment I entered the office I had such an amazing and relaxing experience. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Andrea, to Sonia who walked me in and took my vitals then to Megan doing my exam. Doctors appointment are often things I put off going to but genuinely I felt so comfortable and seen. Felt like a really caring, female empowering environment! Would recommend

My first time visit with Megan and her staff was great. She is very thorough and listened to my concerns and suggested a great treatment plan. I ended up with Megan because I was looking for a new provider since a previous care provider at another facility dismissed my concerns. Will keep Megan as my care provider from now on!

Everything was great. A sign on the door that identifies it as Suite 1 would have been helpful. Waiting room and tools of the trade could use an upgrade. But the visit with Megan Kilkenny made up for all of it. She’s what women wish for when they search for a GYN. I’ve already recommended her to 3 friends in less than 24 hrs.

I absolutely loved my appointment with Nurse Kilkenny. She made me feel comfortable right away and clearly explained exactly what I needed and what my next steps would be. That care started from the moment I arrived at the front desk — the team was so attentive and welcoming, and it was obvious they were expecting me.
It’s a genuinely friendly group of women, and seeing that the office is primarily staffed by women made me feel even safer, more comfortable, and completely at ease. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect.
I’m so glad I found Nurse Kilkenny and have already established her as my primary provider. I was even happier to learn that she also practices internal medicine in addition to OB-GYN care. It’s reassuring to know I have someone who can look after my whole health.
I will definitely be coming back — I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and a supportive team!
