Our appointments usually start either 10 minutes early or 20 minutes late. Talia is incredibly efficient and a great listener.
Talia is an excellent counselor. I was in total crisis mode. I really was in despair. Talia truly has a way of keeping it real, while getting you to talk about your issue. But what I especially liked about her approach was that it wasn't all just "how can I medicate you", but it was also about wellness...getting some exercise, meditation, and other forms of wellness that I think are so critical when you are in a period of crisis. As someone who also has a counseling background, I especially appreciated this about her, and will continue seeing her.

Dr. Spruill is a lucky find; someone who actually cares about people's overall health and well-being HOLISTICALLY. She will use meds as a last resort, not a first resort. She takes the time to get to know you and assess your actual needs. Snatch her up if you are able to get a spot!

What a gem!! I came across Talia on zoc doc since I recently switched psychiatrists, and just our first session she provided so much insight. You can tell she really cares about what she does, and takes the time to listen and provide solutions. She worked with me to adjust my medications, and was so encouraging about positive changes that I can make in my life after experiencing some trauma. She really knows her stuff!! I would absolutely recommend her!!!

I had a great experience with who I spoke with. She was very attentive and understanding. Had no issues at all! This was my first visit as their patient, but they still found me an appointment immediately the next day and made sure I was properly taken care off.
