All the positive reviews I read were right on point. Dr. Birnbaum is clearly in a league of her own! Her bedside manner was fantastic. She spent so much time with me and I never felt rushed as I had a lot of questions. I truly felt like I was in good hands and so appreciated her professionalism, expertise, intellect, sensibilities and warmth.
The waiting time was minimal and the office staff was extremely professional and friendly. Special thank you to Juliet who reached out to me with an earlier appointment time.

I visited Dr. Birnbaum for a shoulder issue. When I arrived, I was immediately taken for x-rays, then a few minutes later Dr. Birnbaum came into the exam room to review the x-rays with me and take a case history. She explained very clearly what her diagnosis was, and the treatment plan she prescribed. Overall a very quick and pleasant visit to the doctor :-)

Dr. Birnbaum’s office was great. Clean, modern, and a really nice and professional lady working at the front desk. i was seen immediately for an x ray. I waited in the exam room for about 5-7 minutes for the doctor. She listened well to my story, looked at the x ray, and suggested therapy for my finger, which had already healed but needed some exercises. She even found a therapist right near my work, which isn’t easy since my office is nearer to the FDR than anything else. Great experience and highly recommended.

Dr. Birnbaum is wonderful! I saw her for an uncommon wrist fracture that wasn't caught by urgent care 3 weeks prior. She took the time to explain the injury and what to expect, and answered all my questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Took almost an hour and half past my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor. It was pretty frustrating to be waiting in the middle of the day with no updates on the delay, but once I was seen I really appreciated how the doctor was friendly and professional and caring.

Dr. Birnbaum examined me carefully to assess the extent of my arthritic thumb. She displayed the x-rays that were taken and clearly explained what I saw. Dr. Birnbaum then explained options I had, which included the surgery she might perform and my period of recovery. I am seeing her again for further assessment and possible site injections. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Birnbaum was very nice and caring. I felt she spent enough time with me and really put her mind to work to get to the bottom of my situation. Very different than I've experienced at some other surgeons. I wish I got the surgery with her to begin with but I didn't notice her on zocdoc then. I'm a nervous nancy so she made me feel reassured and calmed me down.

Amy Birnbaum is a great doctor. She diagnosed a tiny fracture on my son's thumb. Took her time and helped assess the best course of action to heal my son's thumb fracture. Gave us the time to think about it and come to a decision. Excellent in all ways.
