I have been happy with the level of care taken to help me understand my options, what to expect and better understand the "goal". What honestly impressed me the most was the way the Dr. interacted with the other two people in the procedure room. I believe one of them was a resident Dr. and he was explaining steps and reasons while giving me injections and I was very impressed with how thorough yet very nonchalant and non-intimidating he was to his staff. That goes a long way in the way I view someone and it stood out.
