Really great office staff and doctor. The care I received was helpful and explained to me. I get anxious around doctors and Dr. Brown did everything possible to make me comfortable. She emphasized that she wants the best care for her patients and was very helpful in answering questions etc.

Dr.Brown and her staff are amazing. As a black woman, I’ve never been in a dentist office where the whole staff is Black women. I felt very welcomed and it was very informative. Dr.Brown and her assistant are very thorough, more than I’ve seen of any dentist. She told me things about my teeth that I didn’t even know. The con is that I was there for almost 3 hours but there was chunk of time for paperwork, x-rays, checking gum health, checking my plaque areas, teeth cleaning, polishing, and exam. Honestly, I hope whatever insurance I have in the future covers this office because I always want to go back.

Very pleasant experience for a dentist. All of the staff were professional and the assistant to the dentist was a true gem. I normally experience high anxiety during appts but not here. Also, every part of the procedure was thoroughly explained. I think I’ve found my permanent dentist.

This is a great office & I'll for sure be coming to them for the foreseeable future. The only possible thing I could complain about is the amount of time I spend in the wiaitng room, but the staff is overall extremely careful, kind and considerate. I also really love that it is an office made up of mainly Black women!! I definitely recommend them.

Going to the dentist has never been something I enjoyed, but my visit at Dr.Browns office was AMAZING. The receptionist was so friendly. The hygienist gave me one of the best cleanings of my life with the least amount of discomfort ever! Dr. Brown was great you can tell she has a ton of experience and cares about her patients.

Dr. Brown and staff provided excellent care upon my first visit. The office personnel were welcoming, fast and helpful. The dental assistant was thorough in collecting my medical history and taking my X-Rays but was also personable and relaxing.
Dr. Brown’s care was exceptional. She arrived quickly, engaged with me personally and professionally and communicated my dental care needs effectively. Both she and the assistant accommodated my sensitivity and lessened my discomfort where possible.
This practice will be my dental care home going forward.
