S.T.A.R.S. Psychological Services PLLC
My ideal client’s journey mirrors my own, as my personal experiences overcoming sexual trauma have driven my passion for mental health and sexual trauma advocacy. By reframing my own story, I use both personal and professional insights to empower others in their healing process. At S.T.A.R.S. (Survivors Triumphing Against Rape & Sexual Assault), my goal is to partner with you as you navigate your path to healing and create a new, empowered normal.
I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. My approach combines person-centered therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), all while maintaining a trauma-informed perspective.
I understand the pain of surviving sexual trauma, and you don’t have to face it alone. Healing takes time, and I’m here to offer compassionate support. At S.T.A.R.S., we’ll walk this journey together. If you're ready to take the first step toward healing and peace, reach out. You deserve to be heard and supported.

Just had my first session with Ms. Jessica, and I already feel like I’ve found someone truly special. From the moment we began, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and respected. Her calm presence and genuine empathy helped ease my nerves, and I was surprised by how quickly I felt safe opening up.
Ms. Jessica asked thoughtful questions and listened with real attentiveness not just to my words, but to the emotions behind them. She offered insights that felt both gentle and empowering, and even in just one session, I walked away with a sense of clarity and hope I hadn’t felt in a long time.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply committed to helping you grow, I highly recommend Ms. Jessica. I’m truly looking forward to continuing this journey with her.
