The only issue is that I was not seen until 1.5 hours after my appointment and was not told of any delays at my arrival or during the delay during the waiting period or when brought in by the staff. This will be hopefully infrequent visits and the doctor is highly recommended, well credentialed; therefore I will continue with the practice. I am retired, so I can wait it out, but others clients can’t.

My appointment was for 1:30, I arrived at 1:10 but I was only scheduled for 2:10 and left at 3:15 in the afternoon. Finally, The Dr. was with me for about 7 or 8 minutes. He asked me some questions that were already answered in a questionnaire or communicate to the nurse previously, he checked if he had urinary retention and then prescribed me a medicine and recommended that I stop it in case I felt dizzy. He gave me an appointment in 6 weeks.

This urologist provided the minimal needed to qualify for a medical appointment. He did not actively listen to my concerns or offer any viable advice. He suggested I may have a certain condition but did not examine me for that condition. Wait time exceeded one hour. The time spent with the doctor was under 5 minutes. Overall, an axtremely disappointing experience.

Dr.N Sachedina was professional and compassionate. He listened intently and responded appropriately to my questions. He explained the proceedure scheduled in two weeks and directed his assistant to provide me with pre-proceedure information. Overall he's technically at his peak and his bed side manner is excelent.
