Super u professional staff. Pushes my appts back twice. Schedules pickup at a specific time to call me hours later. 2nd appointment for a stress lab: appointment was for 10AM, I got no call after 1:45PM. Staff doesn’t even speak English. Horrible business. Don’t waste your time on this practice. They will milk your insurance and waste your time in doing so.

Would not recommend seeing this doctor. They are unable to provide results from testing day of. After speaking with other cardiologists this is very uncommon and bad practice. These people are dealing with heart conditions and the fact that they make you wait a week to provide a result is very dangerous. I was on the verge of having a heart attack. Luckily I saw a real doctor days later and they provided proper care in time.

I did not get to see Dr. Sachin Kumar Jain, as he is not in this office on my appt. date, instead I saw a nurse practitioner, who is very knowledgeable and explained things to me very well (I dont recall her name) but I was happy and satisfied with my first visit. Everyone in the office were kind and respectful. The wait time was very short.

I searched for PCP in the Bronx and Dr. Jain was the first name that popped up immediately. I was excited initially because he has Sat office hours. I got several messages and phone calls to confirm my appointment. I arrived to a crowded waiting area for my appointment early. I completed the health history forms and noticed all the questions were in reference to Vascular circulation. When the nurse took me into a closet size room to take my vitals I asked her if Dr. Jain was a PCP. She stated no, he's a Cardiovascular MD. I explained that I did my search on Zocdoc and entered PCP. This was a complete waste of time. I don't blame the office. I blame Zocdoc.

This place claims to see you only on the order that you arrived . They book you appointments and make you wait .
Even with a premium insurance they make you feel as if they were doing you a big favor .

I think some if the staff members should be a little be more cognizant of patients especially when they are being tested and the medical assistants shouldn’t be the one giving medical information to a patient that is the doctors responsibility. The doctor should be clearer and precise with his information. I did not appreciate having to request to have the doctor have an actual discussion about what’s happening with me.

My experience was a great one they treated me really well. After the doctor saw me and explained all the details , I was told to wait for the next part of the visit . After I waited a couple of minutes, I was called to proceed for the test . Then, after 45 minutes the test was finished.

Professional and polite staff, waiting room wasn't crowded, they keep you moving from staff, to doctor, to tests so you're never really sitting long, but the visit is still a little lengthy.
