Never in my life have I felt so seen. Never in my life have I received such a thorough explanation: "This happened because this happened, but let me also tell you how they intersect. " Never in my life have I left a psychiatry appointment feeling completely hopeful for next steps. She listened and created a safe space, in turn making me comfortable to fully share without hesitation. The purpose of the visit was to figure out if I'm tripping or my current psychiatrist provider (soon to be former) simply isn't listening; it is the latter. Jasmine made sure that I had the prescription that I needed. I had issues with the pharmacy not Jasmine and she stayed with me and made sure that I was taken care of which I greatly appreciate.

Unfortunately she was not able to help me. I am looking for help regarding an ESA letter. I wish better help would’ve explained this to me that they are not able to help with providing that. She seemed like a sweetheart however and was right on time.
