I booked with PA Kim because I was concerned about chronic redness and flaking on my cheeks, around my nose and corners of my mouth, which was not going away despite trying hcz cream, ketoconazole, panoxyl, etc. After starting my new skincare routine my skin improved significantly in less than a month. I feel like I wake up and see improvement every single day, and I’m so grateful that I don’t have to use topical steroids anymore. She’s not only knowledgeable but also a wonderful listener with such a calming presence. I feel so much more confident and happy! Thank you Kim ??

The doctor was great in answering all my questions but as for the receptionist I did not care for. I wanted to schedule a return appointment and she kept telling me someone would call me back to schedule the procedures I was willing to pay for. Its been two weeks and no calls. I feel if you don’t have insurance they can care less for ones needed services.
