Safe Harbor Integrated Care provides compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for adolescents and adults through convenient telehealth appointments. We specialize in ADHD evaluation and treatment, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, insomnia, stress and burnout, and psychiatric medication management.
Our practice is led by Carmelle K. Cime, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, ADHD-CCSP, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
We take a collaborative and individualized approach to care, taking time to understand each patient's symptoms, concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Treatment may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, and evidence-based ADHD assessment when clinically appropriate.
Our goal is to provide accessible, respectful, and evidence-based mental health care while helping patients feel heard and actively involved in their treatment decisions.
Telehealth appointments are available to patients located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Arizona, and Oklahoma.
