Safe Harbor Integrated Care provides compassionate, personalized mental health care for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, stress, and other mental health needs.
We understand that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and actively involved in your treatment.
Our providers take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, health history, and treatment goals. We develop an individualized treatment plan designed around your unique needs, which may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ongoing follow-up, and supportive mental health care when appropriate.
Telehealth appointments are available, making it easier to receive consistent mental health care from the privacy and convenience of home.
Whether you're seeking care for the first time, looking for continued medication management, or searching for a provider who will listen and work collaboratively with you, Safe Harbor Integrated Care is here to help.

Self-Pay: We welcome self-pay patients. Initial psychiatric evaluations are $300.00, and follow-up medication management appointments are $150.00. Please contact our office with any questions regarding fees or insurance coverage.
