We provide specialized support in navigating the profound challenges of birth trauma, premature delivery, NICU experiences, postpartum transitions, and grief. With “Sage” symbolizing wisdom and healing, and “Stone” representing resilience and stability, we offer a nurturing space where clients can find both grounding support and gentle guidance. In addition to traditional counseling, our holistic approach integrates elements of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, creating a safe haven for processing grief, rebuilding strength, and embracing new beginnings. Sage & Stone is here to help you find strength, peace, and renewal on your journey. To care for others, we must first start by caring for ourselves. We also specialize in nutrition counseling via The FASTer Way to Fast Loss. Local clients may also inquire for Botox and Fillers.

I always looked forward to and enjoyed my sessions with Ally. She provided great insights while also making me feel so comfortable.
