I will never recommend that clinic, because I had an emergency case, and the doctor just told me that I had bad teeth, and needed to have a huge plan of treatment. So I didn’t recieve no treatment at all , only a bill for consultation, where I just found out that I have problems with teeth

The overall service was great. I was only concerned at how the explanation of service was conducted after seen by the doctor. It was busy but i felt like she was rushing me along especially after i had to sit in the room for a very long time because she was explaining coverage and cost to another patient but when she talked to me it was extremely rushed. I was a new patient and that part of my appointment was discouraging. They offered me a cleaning appointment for today but i shared that i couldn’t make today due to a prior engagement. She then went on to ask what i had to do which would prevent me from having the cleaning. She probably meant no harm but as a new patient i wasn’t expecting that interaction.

This was my first cleaning and I am extremely happy. The female dentist was outside and encouraged me to go in and make an appointment since I was reading your dental specials posted outside the facility. So I made an appointment and was greeted by a friendly staff. I saw the same dentist and was very satisfied. Layla is very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. My favorite person was Sonia the dental hygienist . She knew I have sensitive teeth so she lovingly offered to clean my teeth by hand scaling instead of the machine. I was moved because she treats me like a caring mom who gives the best to her patients. That moved me to spend my time telling the world that there's kind people still living on earth. I am excited to recommend this location to anyone who wants to clean by the world's loving hygienist. I also got a free electronic toothbrush and I was just overwhelmed with joy.

I had my treatments with Katrina and she's amazing and great service, I would highly recommend a lot of people come to this place because they're very professional very clean very polite and takes you in and takes you out and treat you very kindly, and she's one of the best dentists you'll ever know.

This was my first time at the dentist in a few years since I moved to south Florida. I'm so glad I chose Sage Dental in West Hollywood as my my new dental care provider. I was nervous because at the moment I do not have dental insurance- but their Sage Care+ plan is PHENOMENAL. Between the deep cleaning and the crown I am getting replaced I am saving thousands with this plan. Not to mention, I got a free professional grade electric tooth brush and professional whitening kit on my first visit. WOW. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly, you can tell they genuinely love their jobs and the patients they serve. The office is clean and orderly. My dental hygienist Angine was wonderful- she made me feel at ease during my entire deep clean. I am referring everyone I know to Sage Dental.

Absolutely love the Staff, everybody is very welcoming and friendly, the Doctor is awesome, best dentist I've actually ever felt comfortable with. I have a small mouth so I have always felt panicked when needing to go to the Dentist, she is very tactful and careful. I just love her.

Communication with patients. Especially Layla and her Manager. Very patient people dealing with many types of issues, Love the way they treat the elderly. I always say don't shoot the messenger, they are doing their jobs! And they do it very well, all of them.

I received a flyer in the mail for Sage Dental and decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I took that leap of faith. The place was clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Rucker, Augean, Debbie and the dentist made me feel very comfortable during the entire visit. They even explained each procedure so that I knew what was going on and the cost of everything. My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely be going back for my dental visits.
