Hello! I'm Dr. Zane Ahmed, DO. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, and founder of Saguaro Direct Care | Telemedicine & Weight Loss PRICING: For initial one-time appointments, I charge a flat $175/visit. We are a Virtual Telemedicine practice which operates through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model instead of the traditional insurance billing model. This means I do not accept or bill your insurance company after completion of our visit. At Saguaro Direct Care, we don’t answer to insurance companies—we answer to you. By cutting out third-party interference, we’re able to offer truly personalized concierge care, transparent pricing, and discounted cash rates that put your health at the center of every decision Please read through our website for more information at SaguaroDirectCare.com and read through our FAQ. PRICING: For initial one-time appointments, I charge a flat $175/visit. However, if you choose to be a member of Saguaro Direct Care, you will have unlimited primary care telemedicine services and have direct access to me as your concierge doctor. As my patient you can call me anytime directly to my cell phone, texting, or email without a middle person. We use “Spruce” as our telemedicine platform for our communication. Membership fee is $109/mo + $50 Initial Enrollment Fee. Cancel Anytime if you are not satisfied with the service and your last months premium back, no questions asked. OTHER SERVICES: Virtual Tele-Health Visits: Diagnosis and management of common medical conditions. Same-Day or Next-available Telehealth Appointments for urgent care issues Routine Lab and Imaging Orders (Please note membership fee's do not cover labs and imaging) We offer discounted cash rates through Fullscript or you may use your insurance. Ask about our Weight Loss Program through diet, lifestyle, and pharmacotherapy through GLP-1’s (semaglutide or tirzepatide). Please note, you must be a member to participate in our weight loss program. We also offer Diabetes Reversal Program, Hormone Optimization, and Hair Restoration. Access to Specialized functional lab testing: GI-MAP for identifying gut dysfunction, DUTCH testing, Food Allergies, Heavy Metal, and autoimmune labs MEDICARE PATIENTS: Please note, even if you wish to self-pay, we are not able to see MEDICARE patients for primary care needs due to Federal laws on DPC practices unless you are only interested in non-covered services including the weight loss program or Hormone Optimization. Please do not book if you are on Medicare seeking primary care services as I will not be able to see you.
