After waiting about 25 minutes, I was called back and then sat in the procedure room for about 10 minutes, Dr. Lewis came in (apparently he was in a more complicated procedure) to complete my visit (in 10 minutes) and go back to his original patient. I appreciate that because I might have been waiting much longer.

They X-rayed my foot and saw I had a bone spur which I was not aware of. The ortho person didn't X-ray my foot when I went to them. We discussed options to deal with the bone spur. Dr. Lewis was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

First appt, wonderful experience as soon as I walked into the door. The girls at the front desk were so kind. I forgot my insurance cards. They were so patient as I called my husband to get info. The wait was 5-10 min and that was before the appt time. Dr lewis was very personable. He took the time to explain the treatment I needed, never rushed. Have to say one of my best experiences I've had in a dr's office, and I am 72. What a team!

I didn't wait but maybe 5 minutes, waiting room was comfortable, front desk gal was so very nice as was the doctor! He gave me a painless injection and great advice to help correct my problem, so I have my homework! They were caring and advised a follow up appointment which I did not hesitate to make! I'm so glad I took a chance and visited W. Kreig Lewis, DPM! He was so professional and kind, and he really helped me out with my medical issue. In this area, it's really tough to find a good provider, but Dr. Lewis is a gem, and I hope he keeps his practice here for a long time! I would definitely recommend him!
