Sailor Health provides mental health care designed specifically for older adults. We connect seniors and Medicare-eligible adults with licensed therapists who understand the emotional, social, and practical challenges that can come with aging, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, caregiver stress, medical changes, and major life transitions.
Therapy can help older adults build coping strategies, process loss, navigate shifts in identity, adjust to health or mobility changes, strengthen relationships, and feel more supported in daily life.
Our therapy services are delivered through secure telehealth, so patients receive care from the comfort of home. Sessions are available by video or phone, and our team provides support to make getting started simple, even for those who aren’t comfortable with technology.
Sailor Health therapists accept Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Coverage and copays depend on the specific plan, but most of our patients have $0 out-of-pocket costs.
Each patient is matched with a therapist based on their needs, goals, preferences, and clinical fit. Our therapists are selected for their experience working with older adults, and every aspect of our care, from scheduling to session format, is designed with older adults in mind.
Book an appointment through Zocdoc and have your Medicare Member ID ready since we'll need it to confirm your coverage and hold your visit. If we don't receive it at least 24 hours before your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Our team will help match you with a therapist and guide you through the next steps.

I can only say I was reluctant to reach out and talk to someone like a psychologist so far talking with Dr. Boudreaux listens intensely ask questions but demeanor and character are very pleasant. This is my first encounter dealing with the Psychologist so far so good.
