The provider I saw was via televisit for a severe respiratory issue of some kind. I was concerned it might be COVID b/c of the duration & severity of certain particular symptoms. I had an at home test & I took it…it was negative for COVID. I let my provider know the results. After that, she called in 2 medications for me, one was a very common antibiotic. The other, I wasn’t sure what it was & she never fully explained what she was diagnosing me with. But, overall, she listened to me & was kind & knowledgeable & I was VERY happy that I was able to see a provider within a few hours from the comfort of my home. J Tessier, C Wiseman is how the providers name is listed on my prescription bottle. I appreciate her help & Zoc Doc is great!

The appointment felt sketchy??? That’s all I can say. Asked me to send private info over text— insurance cards, address, etc. it was weird. Also, they didn’t call me to even start the visit almost 20 mins into my appointment time. Says their system was down and that info would be sent to me later. I’m just hoping I’m not forgotten and don’t have to be seen again. Bedside manner wasn’t great.
