I was very pleased with my son's visit at this provider. She listens, she is very informative and direct. She made me understand what was going on in regard to my sons' findings. Office was extremely clean and very colorful. Front desk staff helped me even though there are certain windows for checking in. 5 star office

This office is very friendly and accomodating and Dr. Kondratyeva is very nice as well. We had to get an X-ray downstairs and they got the images immediately and she was able to tell us immediately how things healed. Highly recommend!

She has amazing bed side manor relates to the kids and informs the parent and child perfectly so that you completely understand the topic, answers questions completely and does not give you the feeling of being rushed! My kids have had 2 different injuries as it relates to the hand and both times we have been treated amazingly by both staff and the doctor. Highly recommend.

The Dr was great and so was the nursing staff. Support staff- front desk and answering staff below standard . Donot have proper etiquette . Tells me YOU NEED to show me your insurance and ID. Same with answering service - YOU need to call back after 8:30.
