People at the office does not know what they are doing. Right after i booked my appointment, i called the office to make sure that my appointment was properly booked and I asked them if T. hussein can do pap smear as per in this app Zocdoc indicated that yes she does, the Front desk said yes the PA will do pap smear. I completed the online registration as soon as I got home. On the day of my appointment, they check my appointment and confirm that my appointment is at 11 o’clock for Pap smear for the PA Hussein but specifically the appointment is only for established patients. They canceled my appointment and reschedule my appointment after two weeks. ? All of this can be avoided if they know what they’re doing and they told me right in there on the phone that disappointment is only for established patient. I am very disappointed
