Dr. Tadros takes the time before you exam to ask all the necessary health update questions. She focuses on problems you may be experiencing and then prescribes the correct labs, tests or medications. I’ve been seeing her for years and I love that I’m not rushed out of the office!

I don't really know what facts I'm supposed to judge an appointment on (especially since observed changes in actual health will occur long after the appointment for most patients!) and I don't have much idea of how it's expected that I map such judgments to a 1-5 scale.
I was satisfied so far and I felt fine emotionally through the duration of the visit, I guess? Everyone was friendly. Nothing happened that I truly didn't expect or couldn't have expected, for which reason it didn't seem valid to provide ratings at the very top of the scale. (I don't see how I can call you excellent if I have never conceived of what it means to excel.)
If Zocdoc's informed opinion is that my experiences map more closely onto, say, 5- or 3-star ratings or something than the 4-star ones originally provided, it would certainly be permissible to edit them.
