We felt we were rushed . Doctor just heard what we said without checking if my daughter really needs a surgery. Also did not find her to be baby ( toddler) friendly. She just forced to check my kid’s ears. My daughter was crying and fell of my lap and doctor continued to check her ear. We are not going back and will be going to another one. Just felt comfortable and feel diagnosis needs to be done more throughly.

My appointment with Dr. Shey went very well. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He gave me a prescription which I hope works for my problem. I will definetly see him again if I need to and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT Specialist.
